• Lead the visual design direction for the AI-powered support surfaces
• Develop a comprehensive visual design language and component library
• Partner with UX designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers
• Advocate for visual craft and execution across the team

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years of experience in product design or UX
• Experience with visual design systems and working with other UX functions
